Blythe Valley Innovation Centre is set in some 122 acres of beautiful, managed parkland
At the heart of the UK’s communications systems, Blythe Valley Park is situated just off Junction 4 of the M42 – only minutes away from Solihull town centre and Birmingham International Airport and Railway station.
Considerable new road infrastructure has been invested at Blythe Valley Park to create free flowing access directly to the M42 motorway. Within the Park itself, formal avenues are linked by footpaths and cycleways, which in turn provide access to the Countryside Park. Altogether, an ideal working environment which is already home to a number of high profile companies including Oracle, UK Athletics, Arup and St James’s Place.
The Countryside Park
Blythe Valley Countryside Park forms part of the Blythe Valley Park, and was started in August 1998. The Park lies to the south of the River Blythe, a tributary of the Tame, within an area described in the Warwickshire Landscape Guidelines as ‘Arden Pastures’. The Countryside Park covers some 135 acres of publicly accessible open space, and has been designed to include a rich mosaic of nature conservation woodland, grassland, hedgerows, streams and wetland, at the edge of the Business Park.
